About Me

Alaina graduated from Health Options Institute in Bethlehem Pa and obtained her license in Massage Therapy in March 2015. Other Schools that have contributed to her education are The Sedona School of Massage, AZ; Craniosacral Upledger Institute; The Peggy Lamb Method. She is experienced in but not limited to the following massage modalities; Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Sports, Myofascial, Salt Stone, Trigger point. Alaina also has future plans to study Cupping Therapy. Alaina is not and will not be trained in Prenatal Massage and Oncology Massage.

Before finding Massage Therapy, Alaina obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cedar Crest College. She has found that healing is a mind, body, spirit connection and enjoys helping her clients on the path to wellness. Alaina is proficient at integrating several modalities to create an individualized experience for her clients. Additionally she holds a part-time position at a local Animal Shelter and in her spare time she likes traveling, reading, gardening, hiking, dancing and spending time with her pets and family.
